As an ex PwC Management Consultant with over 20 years experience, I have extensive experience in applying technology to deliver tremendous business growth.
I have personally implemented systems that have taken a business from start-up to $215 million in market capitalisation on the ASX.
My experience ranges from small projects right up to $ 5 million dollar budgets.
However, the objective of this message is not to go into detail of my experience. Just to give you a flavour of my approach.
Obviously project success is measured by the project being delivered on time, on budget and with high quality (e.g. optimal user experience, no ‘bugs’, etc).
However, a more important success metric is whether it will actually deliver business value? This is the main motivation behind your investment.
Despite the importance of this critical success metric, most IT consultants fail to consider this.
This is my point of difference. I’m highly technical and I also have advanced business skills. In my humble opinion, I believe this is a rare skill.

It’s the start of the year and I have some availability right now.
