This core belief helps us to create a long-term partnership with our clients.  If the best solution is a non-technical solution, then we will recommend this solution instead.  If a specific technology is required that we do not provide services for, then we will recommend another firm.  Our objective is to be your trusted partner over the longer term rather than focus on short-term gains for our firm.

All initial consultations are with our CEO and his experience and expertise are listed below.  Even if our CEO hands the project to another Project Manager, he will contact you at least monthly to ensure you are happy with progress and our service.

Gaj Varma

I have over 16 years experience as an IT executive building high growth companies that leverage IT and data science to gain competitive advantage.

For nearly 14 years, I was the CIO for a fintech start-up that listed on the ASX with a market capitalization of $204 million (link to prospectus).

I joined this company in its startup phase and drove strategic projects that transformed it into an international fintech with operations in Australia, UK and Europe.

I have also had various CTO/IT Director roles in large corporates to startups.  Prior to these roles, I was a Management Consultant for PwC.
